A convicted bank robber was back behind bars in Broward County five years after the FBI arrested him.

A 25-year-old Hialeah man was in federal custody for robbing three banks in three months in Miami-Dade County, the FBI announced on Thursday when the investigation was still ongoing.

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A 29-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with the robbery of a bank in North Miami Beach last month. Tyler Currie, who lives in North Miami Beach, was taken into custody by Miami-Dade police and is now in federal custody.
