Gervins car was struck multiple times, but he fled the scene and was not injured, authorities said. A white Mercedes-Benz being driven by Herman Grant, 25, however, was then shot at by the brothers and Grant was struck, authorities said. Grants nephew, who was inside his car at the time of the shooting, was not injured. Travis Jenkins also faces a charge of fleeing from authorities with disregard for the safety of others.

Investigators said an argument between two men quickly got out of control at the Exxon gas station on 82nd Avenue and Commercial Boulevard, which erupted into a dangerous exchange of gunfire. At least ten bullet holes could be seen in the BMW SUV, but that driver was only hit once by gunfire. Police could be seen after the incident at the gas station checking the ground, which was covered with bullet casings.

MIAMI - A drunken driver crashed into a marked police cruiser at 5:30 a.m. Sunday on I-95 northbound near SW 7th Street in Miami. The Miami-Dade police officer was assisting a stranded motorist in a Ford F-150 when a black BMW crashed into the police cruiser. Both the officer and the stranded motorist were out of their vehicles at the time of impact. Further investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI. There was a passenger in the black BMW but no one was injured in the crash.

The first crash was between a blue Chevy sports utility vehicle and a blue BMW sedan on the northbound lanes of I-95, in the area of Northwest 95th Street. The driver of the BMW was using the express lanes; the driver of the Chevy was moving from the regular lanes into the express lanes, according to FHP. The front of the BMW collided into the left side of the Chevy," FHP Lt. Alex Camacho said. The man who was driving the Chevy and the woman who was his passenger were trapped during the fire and died on I-95, Camacho said.

The driver led officers on a chase at speeds of more than 70 mph before transitioning to the 90 Freeway, then headed toward Venice Beach on surface streets. "A search of the BMW revealed the chainsaw was a toy prop," the statement said.
