In the last 48 hours, the Trump administration cuts slashed into communications and info wars including the government-run pro-democracy Radio and TV Marti that broadcasts to Cuba from South Florida.
The cuts to staff and assets all but shuts down the program, and a list of others like Voice of America under the U.S. Agency for Global Media.
That breaking news is on the list for Congressman Carlos Gimenez, a Republican from Miami who is just back from a congressional delegation tour of Guantanamo Bay Naval based migrant detention facilities.
