Did you get a traffic ticket? Called to jury duty? Getting married? Those things and more mean you need the county clerk of court, and Miami-Dade voters are about to elect one in the first partisan election in recent history. It’s one of the five newly created constitutional offices for the county, and one of those offices you probably don’t think about until you need it.
