This Week in South Florida Roundtable: Carlton Gillespie, Tania Jimenez, Melanie Lowe, Regina Potenza

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – There were several hot button topics to discuss on the This Week in South Florida roundtable.

Joining TWISF host Glenna Milberg at the table were a group of South Florida college students to provide their perspective.

Carlton Gillespie is a digital broadcasting student at Florida International University, involved in local transportation planning and climate change advocacy organizations and is on the Parks Foundation of Broward Board.

Tania Jimenez is a senior at FIU about to earn her second degree, already with a bachelor’s in psychology.

Melanie Lowe is a sophomore honors student at the University of Miami, an executive producer for UMTV’s “The Culture,” and an anchor for UMTV’s Newsvision.

Regina Potenza is an honors student at the University of Miami and anchors for UMTV’s Newsvision. She is already working at two sports networks.
