PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – This Week in South Florida strives to host as many South Florida lawmakers as possible to hear from them, examine their positions and their votes.
That is especially true for the more controversial bills percolating through the process during the current legislative session.
Two South Florida State Representatives from either side of the aisle, who cast opposing votes last week on several big bills, discussed their decisions on TWISF.
They were Marie Woodson, a Democrat representing southwest Broward County, and Fabian Basabe is a Republican representing coastal communities from Golden Beach to South Beach.
