PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – The push and pull between Florida’s insurers and the attorneys who sue them on your behalf is at the heart of a bill sailing through committees.
Those in favor think it will bring balance and fairness to the lawsuit-filing industry.
The lawmakers against the bill call it a gift to insurance companies.
