PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – The collapse of Champlain Towers South laid bare the need for more oversight into aging buildings.
That fresh oversight has led to a sudden evacuation of a condominium in North Miami Beach last week.
Attorney Mariel Tollinchi, who represents the condo association at the now-empty Crestview Towers, joined This Week in South Florida hosts Michael Putney and Glenna Milberg to discuss.
