PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Broward County, like Miami-Dade, is trying to find the right balance between opening up its economy and keeping people save from COVID-19.
It’s a delicate balance, especially under the governor’s executive orders that prevent counties from enforcing its own coronavirus safety rules.
