MIAMI – Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is causing controversy around the NBA, after audio recordings were released of Sterling making racist remarks.
The audio was released by TMZ.

Sterling was talking to his girlfriend.
In the recordings, Sterling is heard telling his girlfriend not take photos with black people.
He also criticized her for posting photos with Magic Johnson on her Instagram account.
Sterling is heard saying, "You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want. The little I ask you is not to promote it on that ... and not to bring them to my games."
Magic Johnson reacted on twitter writing that he and his wife will never go to Clippers games as long as he is the owner.
Johnson added, "I feel sorry for my friends Coach Doc Rivers and Chris Paul that they have to work with a man that feels that way about African-Americans."
The NBA released the following statement: "We are in the process of conducting a full investigation into the audio recordings obtained by TMZ. The remarks heard on the recording are disturbing and offensive, but at this time we have no further information."
Heat owner Micky Arison released a statement, "The comments reported by TMZ were offensive appalling and very sad."
Before game 3 of the Heat-Bobcats, LeBron James said: "There is no room for Donald Sterling in our league."
