MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Veteran offensive lineman Terron Armstead is calling it a career.
The 33-year-old announced his retirement during an event with former teammates on Saturday night.

Armstead played his 12-year NFL career with the Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints.
He signed with Miami in 2022 and spent three seasons in South Florida.
During his tenure with the Dolphins, Armstead was selected to two Pro Bowls and was chosen as a team captain in each of his three seasons.
