CORAL GABLES, Fla. – As Cam Ward gets ready for the NFL draft, he received another big honor.
Ward was named the 2024 Manning Award winner for top quarterback in the nation.

This adds to the list of awards given to Ward for his one season with the Canes.
Ward was named NCAA All-American, ACC Player of the Year, Davey O’Brien Award Winner, and finished fourth in the voting for the Heisman Trophy.
Ward led Miami to 10 wins this season.
The quarterback threw for 39 touchdowns, shattering the Miami record set in 1988 by Steve Walsh.
He threw for 4,313 yards and 305 completions.
Ward transferred to Miami from Washington State and is projected to be one of the top picks in the 2025 NFL draft.
