MIAMI – The Miami Heat signed guard Josh Christopher to a two-way contract on Thursday.
The terms of the contract were not disclosed in accordance with club policy.

Christopher, 22, who earned MVP honors in the 2024 Summer League Championship Game, played a crucial role in Miami’s title win in Las Vegas.
He participated in all six games, starting in four, and averaged 19.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.00 steals, 1.8 assists and averaged 25.9 minutes per game.
According to a Miami Heat press release, Christopher shot 54.1 percent from the field, 52.5 percent from three-point range and made all 15 of his free throws.
Christopher scored in double figures in five games, including four 20-point games, highlighted by a 20-point fourth quarter against the Oklahoma City Thunder on July 15. He finished the NBA2K25 Summer League with a +68 plus/minus rating.
Originally selected 24th overall in the first round of the 2021 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets, Christopher spent the last season in the NBA’s G League, playing for both the Salt Lake City Stars and the HEAT’s affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
To make room for Christopher on the roster, the Heat waived guard Zyon Pullin.
Pullin appeared in all six games in Summer League and averaged 5.3 points, 1.7 assists, 1 rebound and averaged just under 12 minutes per game.
