Anderson, 30, is coming off a rough season with the Chicago White Sox.
Anderson hit just .245 with 1 home run, and 25 RBI.
However, Anderson is a two-time All-Star.
He also led the American League in Batting Average in 2019 and won the Silver Slugger Award in 2020.
In 2019, Anderson hit a career-high .335.
The Marlins are hoping this can be a bounce back year and he can bring leadership to the clubhouse.
