Achane had a historic rookie season by finishing with 7.8 yards per carry, an NFL record in the Super Bowl era for any running back with at least 100 carries.
In 11 games, he finished the regular season with 800 rushing yards and 197 receiving yards, plus 11 total touchdowns.
Achane also missed six games due to hamstring and ankle injuries but is expected to once again share the load next season with Raheem Mostert, who led the NFL with 18 rushing touchdowns, a new franchise record.
The winner will be recognized during Super Bowl week in Las Vegas and fans can vote for their choice at nfl.com/rookies through Feb. 2.
