Van Ginkel, Baker out for Dolphins game at Kansas City

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins defense has suffered more injuries.

The Dolphins will be without both Andrew Van Ginkel and Jerome Baker for their playoff game in Kansas City on Saturday night.

Head coach Mike McDaniel said that Baker had wrist surgery and will miss the whole postseason.

McDaniel added that the Dolphins are not planning on Xavien Howard being ready for the Kansas City game as well.

The Dolphins defense is already missing two edge rushers, Jaelan Phillips and Bradley Chubb who are both out for the year.

The Dolphins lost to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night, losing out on the AFC East crown.

The Dolphins will open the Playoffs Saturday at 8 p.m. in Kansas City in the Wild Card Round.
