Dealing with a hostile environment and a really good Eagles team, Miami lost 31-17.

Linebacker Bradley Chubb said Monday, “The vibes still high. We still believe that we’re a team that has everything right in front of us. Yeah, we gave up a big game. But, these are the reps we need in terms of those atmospheres. That’s a Super Bowl team we just played. They’re going to have a lot of success this season, we’re going to have a lot of success this season... We’re right there. Everything we want is right there ahead of us.”

Chubb said that the Dolphins want to turn this loss into a lesson.

As for the two touchdown final score, Chubb said, “I feel like we matched up really well against this past team. It’s unfortunate that the score was what it was. Even on the sideline we were thinking, yeah they’re a good team, but are they a 31-point team?”

Chubb said the Dolphins still have some holes to fill, but “there’s a possibility we could see that team again long down the road.”

The only way the Dolphins and Eagles could meet again this season would be in the Super Bowl.

Chubb expressed confidence in his defensive coordinator, Vic Fangio.

Chubb said that Fangio will be able to make moves once the Dolphins have all their pieces back.
