DAVIE, Fla. – It didn’t take long for the Miami Dolphins to replace backup quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Dolphins agreed to a deal with quarterback Jacoby Brissett.
Brissett played last season for the Indianapolis Colts.
For his career, Brissett has thrown for 6,459 yards, 31 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.
He became the Colts starting quarterback when Andrew Luck retired.
Brissett grew up in South Florida and attended William T. Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens.
