DAVIE, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins have not made a change at offensive coordinator, at least not yet.

ESPN published an article Monday reporting that the Dolphins were moving on from Chan Gailey. However, ESPN has since retracted that report.

If the Dolphins do make a change at offensive coordinator, it would be the second straight season that they’ve done so.

Miami improved from 5-11 to 10-6 this season but missed out on the playoffs.

The Dolphins’ season ended with a 56-26 loss at Buffalo on Sunday.

After the game, rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa said that he and Gailey had a good relationship.

Gailey had previously worked with backup quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick with the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets.

It often appeared that Gailey and Tagovailoa couldn’t get on the same page.
