HOKKAIDO, Japan – A skier in Japan experienced a terrifying moment after plunging into a waterfall while skiing and it was all caught on camera.
It happened in Hokkaido, Japan as the skier was traversing the snowy landscape.
The man suddenly falls into a sunken hole in the snow and tumbles 20 feet to the base of a flowing waterfall.
The hole was reportedly caused by a natural hot spring.
The man, visiting from New Zealand, was not hurt, but he did dace a struggle to get back out, with the water rushing down on him.
He was able to eventually climb out with his skis in his hand, while his GoPro camera recorded the whole ordeal.
