MIAMI – A Miami-Dade County man with green hair and some distinct facial tattoos that have earned him the nickname of the Joker has been arrested for the second time in a little more than a week.
Lawrence Sullivan, 29, was arrested early Thursday morning on a marijuana possession charge.

It was his second arrest since May 23, when he was accused of pointing a gun at passing vehicles at the corner of Southwest 104th Street and Hammocks Boulevard.
Police said Sullivan told the arresting officer that he didn't have a gun permit because it was too expensive.
Among the man's face tattoos are the words "Joker" stenciled across his forehead, next to a Batman logo with profanity scribbled within it.
Sullivan was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. His bond was set at $1,000.
