According to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, the youth pastor was involved in music and worship, and he started to abuse the 16-year-old girl in July. Deputies learned of the sex crimes on Oct. 9.

A judge issued an arrest warrant, and Eubanks surrendered on Wednesday at the Leon County Detention Facility. During his bond court hearing, another judge ordered him to avoid social media and to stay away from the church and minors.

Eubanks, who no longer worked at the church on Saturday, faced charges of sexual assault of a minor, aggravated battery on a child, use of a computer to lure a child, and travel to meet after using a computer to lure a child. His bond was $30,000.
