MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Sunday was the last day of early voting at any of the 32 designated locations in Miami-Dade County. The voter turnout was at 56.4%
According to the Supervisor of Elections Christina White, the county has nearly 1.54 million active eligible voters, and over 856,000 had voted early as of Sunday night.
The precinct at the North Dade Regional Library had one of the longest lines Sunday. Election Day Tuesday requires voters to cast their ballots at an assigned precinct.
