New items will also be added to the offerings

The Cheesecake Factory is tweaking its menu by eliminating several items.

The popular national restaurant chain will also add about 20 new menu items, including cocktails and foods.

Here are the dishes that will no longer be available:

  • Bistro Shrimp Pasta
  • Fried Shrimp Platter
  • SkinnyLicious Lemon Herb Parmesan Chicken
  • SkinnyLicious Spicy Shrimp Pasta
  • Everything Flatbread Pizza
  • Loaded Mashed Potato Omelette
  • Taco Dorados and Eggs
  • Mushroom Burger
  • Seared Ahi Tuna Salad
  • White Chicken Chili
  • Petite Filet
  • Factory Combinations
  • Spicy Cashew Chicken

The restaurant, that first opened its doors in in 1978 in Beverly Hills, California, has expanded to more than 300 restaurants across the United States.

It offers an extensive savory menu and more than 30 types of cheesecake.
