Trader Joe’s also tied for first place, with a score of 84, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index Retail and Consumer Shipping Study 2025.
Wholesaler Sam’s Club and Whole Foods also made the top five for grocers across the country.
The rankings for the study were based on convenient store hours and locations, easy pick up and product quality.
Publix also recently went viral for new offerings at a South Florida store.
The store dubbed “Clublix” in Wellington offers customers a Pours area, and burrito, pizza and pasta bars.
The Florida based supermarket chain has revamped several stores in the last year, including the Publix Super Market at the Crossings Shopping Village in West Kendall and a new store opened in Hialeah.
Publix is the largest employee-owned company in the U.S., with more than 250,000 associates. The company currently operates 1,351 stores in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky and Virginia.
