Bath & Body Works candle pulled from shelves after label compared to KKK robes

Bath & Body works has issued an apology to customers after selling a candle with a label that has been compared to a Ku Klux Klan hood.

“Snowed In” a seasonal candle, was decorated with a paper snowflake.

According to CNN, many people on social media said it looked like to hoods and robes worm my KKK Klansmembers.

The candle has since been pulled from Bath and Body Works’ website and retail locations, with the company telling CNN in a statement its design was “unintentional.”
