FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Police continue searching for a man who disappeared from a Pompano Beach Valero gas station on July 30 after what surveillance footage shows to be an apparent dispute.
Police said Steven James Mackrell, 25, was at the gas station at 3601 North Dixie Highway when he got involved in some sort of dispute with an unknown black man (pictured below) who was a passenger in a vehicle at the station.

Police are trying to identify the man in the vehicle so they can speak to him about any details that may lead to Mackrell's whereabouts.
The vehicle Mackrell was driving is described as a white four-door 2013 Ford Fusion with Florida tag WJ70L.
