BISCAYNE BAY, Fla. – Crews are working to tow a boat that is sinking off Biscayne Bay.
Sky 10 was above the scene about 10:30 a.m. near Northeast 100th Street as the back end of the boat was below the water line.

Two towing boats were at the scene and a man, believed to have been on the sinking vessel, was spotted in a nearby Zodiac boat.
