MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — A woman accused a 46-year-old man of sexually assaulting her on Tuesday morning in Miami Beach, according to police.

The woman said she “felt bad” for Adriyel Manzoratte, who claimed he was wearing his underwear on the beach after a theft, so she “offered him a towel,” and he “sat down next to her,” according to a police officer’s arrest report.

The victim said Manzoratte masturbated in front of her before holding her down and sexually assaulting her on the beach, near Collins Avenue and 25th Street, according to the police report.

Police officers arrested Manzoratte, who later admitted to a detective that he had masturbated next to the woman before making more advances, according to the police report.

“The victim said stop multiple times, but he did not believe she was being sincere,” a police officer wrote, according to the arrest report.

Police officers arrested Manzoratte shortly after 11:05 a.m. on Wednesday on the beach, and corrections booked him at 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, records show.

Manzoratte faced a sexual battery charge.
