Miami-Dade Fire Rescue says crews were called out around 10:52 a.m. for reports of a marine incident with people in the water. Firefighters worked with the U.S. Coast Guard and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to search the area.
Divers were sent in as part of that effort, but crews were able to locate everyone involved.
One adult was seriously hurt and taken by air rescue to a nearby trauma center. No other injuries were reported, and no details on what led up to the crash.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is now investigating.
Crandon Park Marina reopened Saturday afternoon.
