Alisa Petrov, 15, had been missing since April 21. Salt Lake City ABC affiliate KTVX reported Monday that Petrov “is in good health and safe.”

Authorities said they found her in Colorado Springs, Colorado, according to the station.

Matthew Nicholas Menard, a 35-year-old who public records state lives in Miami’s Silver Bluff neighborhood, turned himself in to South Jordan, Utah police on a number of charges Wednesday after authorities said he engaged in lewd chats with her.

Authorities said the two talked about meeting in Las Vegas and Menard, among other things, suggested they hire a prostitute to engage in group sex.

Multiple Salt Lake City news outlets reported that Petrov had been last seen getting off a train in Provo, Utah and asking where Las Vegas was.

Two other men, William Taylor Glines, 37, of Texas City, Texas, and Samuel Mitchell, 41, of Herriman, Utah, are also accused of engaging in explicit communications with Petrov.

KTVX reports that Menard is scheduled to appear in a Provo courtroom on Monday.
