MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A little more than three months after Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a man who they say drugged and raped a 16-year-old girl, a previously-unidentified woman has now been cuffed on a child rape charge.

Deputies said Eryn Chabak, 25, raped the girl on Oct. 27 alongside 40-year-old Frank Jewett at the latter’s home in the 9200 block of Southwest 36th Street in the Westchester area.
MDSO deputies arrested Jewett on Jan. 17 on a charge of sexual battery of a minor by an adult. Miami-Dade court records show he now faces a charge of sexual battery on a helpless victim.
According to an MDSO arrest report, the girl was “heavily intoxicated” with drugs provided by Jewett and Chabak when the former forced her to engage in sex and the latter assaulted her with a pink sex toy.
The report states that Chabak, who is homeless, was arrested for an unrelated case in Hialeah on Wednesday. A probable cause to arrest message on the child rape charge came up as the city police officer ran her records.
Chabak was being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a charge of sexual battery by an adult as of Thursday.
Jail records show her bond was listed as “to be set” ― and that she refused to appear in bond court Thursday.
