MIAMI – Federal officials issued an alert about a pork carnitas product that could be contaminated with metal fragments.
The Cargill Meat Solutions product was sold at Aldi in Florida, according to The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
It was packaged in 16-ounce sleeved trays with a “use by” June 30, 2025, or July 1, 2025, label and establishment number 46049.
