LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit asked for the public’s help Friday in locating a 25-year-old woman reported missing from Lauderdale Lakes.

According to detectives, Bethie Souffrant was last seen at around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, near the 3700 block of Northwest 25th Street.
They said Souffrant is 5 feet tall, weighs around 125 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities said she was last seen wearing a brown skirt, tank top and leopard glasses.
According to her family, Souffrant experiences mental illness which requires medication.
