DAVIE, Fla. – Local 10’s Animal Advocate Jacey Birch visited Peaceful Ridge Rescue in Davie on Friday, where horses like 26-year-old Rhapsody, a spotted appaloosa, are up for adoption alongside the usual cats and dogs.
The nonprofit cares for neglected and abandoned horses, giving them a second chance at life.
Birch showcased several adoptable horses, encouraging viewers to “adopt, don’t shop.”
