MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A mid-flight crisis led officers to storm a plane moments after it landed at Miami International Airport.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, a passenger locked himself inside the plane’s bathroom Wednesday on the flight from North Carolina.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents took him into custody once the plane landed in Miami.
While in custody, they say the man complained about not feeling well.
He was then taken to the hospital to be evaluated.
We’re told the FBI will now take over the investigation.
