Sheriff’s deputies had arrested him in PortMiami in late January on two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child aged 12 to 16. Prosecutors would later take no action on those charges.
Two girls had claimed he had touched them during a party aboard the MSC Seascape.
Court documents provided to Local 10 News do not outline why prosecutors declined to pursue the case.
