Ashley R. Rivers — also known as “Ashley Rad Hilliard” — “submitted a U.S. passport application in 2016 under a fictitious name using fraudulent identity documents, including a fraudulent birth certificate,” they said.
Authorities said he registered to vote in Broward County in 2020 and went on to vote in that year’s election and in 2024.
Officials didn’t specify which country Rivers is actually a citizen of. Likewise, federal court records don’t identify his nationality.
If convicted, Rivers could spend up to 25 years in federal prison.
