PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Staff at the Humane Society of Broward County are seeking a new home for Miracle, an 8-month-old dog who came all the way from Puerto Rico.
Staff members say Miracle — or, perhaps owing to her origins, “Milagro” — is a loving, high-energy dog and she can adapt easily to various home environments, including those with children.
She is a mix of breeds, possibly including Labrador and a small breed like Chihuahua.
The shelter is currently full of dogs but low on cats, anticipating an influx during kitten season.
A previous dog, Jazzy, was quickly adopted by a Local 10 viewer.
