Both Estrin and husband Alvaro Jaramillo, 26, are listed in an arrest report as co-defendants in the latest case, though Jaramillo did not have any new charges listed in Miami-Dade jail records.

According to the Aventura Police Department report, Estrinā€™s arrest Thursday stems from allegations made by two underage girls, whose ages werenā€™t specified.

Itā€™s not clear whether the new case involves the same 16-year-old accuser from the coupleā€™s Feb. 25 arrest.

The report states that the latest case stems from a poolside encounter on Nov. 21, predating the original allegations.

Estrin, Jaramillo and the two girls met at a pool in Aventura, the location of which was redacted from the arrest report, and the couple plied them with vodka before engaging in sex acts and before a security guard kicked them out, according to police.

The group went to a gas station to get more alcohol and then went back to the pool deck, but did not engage in any more sexual activity, the report states.

Estrin is also facing an additional charge after Aventura police said they found pictures of a womanā€™s Bank of America card on her cellphone after she consented to a device search following her February arrest.

Police said the victim told investigators that ā€œshe was unaware that Estrin was in possession of these photos and she did not have permission to have them or her credit card information.ā€

Estrin, who had bonded out of jail following her February arrest on a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, was back in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center Friday on an additional count of that same charge, along with a charge of unlawful possession of a stolen credit or debit card.

Judge Mindy Glazer set her new bond at $15,000 and continued her house arrest conditions.

Jaramillo, who faces probation violations and an immigration hold following the coupleā€™s February arrest, never left jail. Heā€™s being held in the Metrowest Detention Center as of Friday.
