Eric Hous said he has leased an apartment in the luxury building at Southwest Second Avenue and 12 Street for about a year.

“I just found out today that somebody went into the building and exposed themselves,” Hous said Wednesday.

The Miami Police Department released a “Need To Identify” flyer on Tuesday with images from a surveillance camera after a woman reported the crime.

There was a similar crime last month in Coral Gables. Another woman reported she saw a man who was doing the same at about 11 p.m., on Feb. 16, at the University of Miami‘s Donna E. Shalala Student Center.

Detectives asked anyone with information about these or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477 to remain anonymous.
