A woman reported she saw a man who was masturbating in public on Sunday near Southwest Second Avenue and 12 Street in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.
Another woman reported she saw a man who was doing the same while naked at about 11 p.m., on Feb. 16, at the University of Miami‘s Donna E. Shalala Student Center in Coral Gables.
The University of Miami and the Miami police departments released images of their suspects captured by surveillance cameras hoping someone can contribute to their investigations.
Detectives asked anyone with information about these or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477 to remain anonymous.
