Police say 25-year-old Sebastian Noisy was trespassing on private property Saturday afternoon in undeveloped marsh when he was approached by police.

Officers say he was behaving erratically in an area with dangerous wildlife, and it was necessary to use a Taser to detain him.

Because a fire truck could not access the area, an officer drove him to a waiting ambulance.

He was rushed to a hospital where he later died.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is now investigating the death.
