To help guide those decisions, the NAACP issued the Black Consumer Advisory campaign listing the companies that have eliminated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.

President Donald Trump ordered the Justice Department to “encourage the private sector to end illegal discrimination and preferences, including DEI.”

The list of corporations that have complied with the Trump administration’s efforts to end DEI programs includes Meta, Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, and McDonald’s.

The Black Consumer Advisory also lists the companies that have continued DEI programs to include Apple, Delta Airlines, e.l.f. Cosmetics and JPMorgan Chase.
