HIALEAH, Fla. – An 87-year-old woman reported missing was found dead in a canal in Hialeah on Friday morning, according to police.

Hialeah police said officers responded to the area of West Fourth Avenue and 76th Street, where they discovered the woman’s body.
Authorities said no foul play is suspected at this time.
Video from Sky 10 showed detectives examining the scene as officers placed a black tarp over the body and yellow crime scene tape surrounded the area.
Police have not yet released the woman’s identity or further details about the circumstances of her disappearance.
