MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A driver is doing OK after crashing his or her vehicle into a canal along West Okeechobee Road Friday morning, first responders confirmed to Local 10 News.

Sky 10 was above the scene near Northwest 105th Way at 6:45 a.m. as the white vehicle was being hoisted out of the water.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials confirmed that the driver had made it out of the vehicle before first responders arrived.
No one was transported to the hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
