MIRAMAR, Fla. – The Margate Police Department asked for the public’s assistance Thursday in locating a 46-year-old man who they said was reported missing and endangered.

Investigators said Philippe Fabre was last seen around 6 a.m. Thursday at his Margate home located near the 6000 block of Northwest Ninth Court.
He left the residence on foot to an unknown location, according to authorities.
Police described him as a Black male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and around 170 pounds.
Fabre has short black hair and was last seen wearing a white hoodie, green, blue and plaid pants, grey sneakers, and a white backpack.
