HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – New details for Carnaval Miami 2025 were revealed at the Hard Rock Resort Casino in Hollywood on Thursday morning.
The festival is organized by the Kiwanis of Little Havana, which is celebrating its 50 year anniversary.
Organizers unveiled the official festival poster, featuring beautiful artwork by Miami-based artist Anthony Wheeler II, known to art fans as Mojo.
Singer-songwriter Jay Wheeler was announced as this year’s King of Carnaval Miami.
The festivities will kick off on March 1 with the Carnaval on the Mile in Coral Gables. The party continues with the Calle Ocho festival on March 9. The first Calle Ocho festival was in 1978.
