MIAMI – Police have arrested a man they said continued to burglarize the same Miami-Dade County business.
Authorities have since taken 33-year-old Sydney Brewington into custody.
Video footage shows him inside a medical office building in South Miami, but he’s not there for an exam.
In one video, Brewington is seen taking off his clothes and performing a sex act.
He was arrested in March 2024 and arrested again on Jan. 15.
In the most recent case, police said he ripped off a bunch of items and remained inside the business to use the victim’s computer to watch pornography.
“He is fixated on that building and visits it regularly,” said South Miami police Sgt. Fernando Bosch.
According to arrest reports, Brewington has been arrested about 35 times since 2013.
“There’s always a first time for everything and I’ve never seen something like this,” said Bosch.
