The attack was captured on cellphone video back in 2023 at an LA Fitness in Lake Worth.

Video shows three men entering a sauna where the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was resting.

More video shows the men attacking 6ix9ine.

Investigators said the three men -- Rafael Medina Jr., of Lake Worth, Octavious Medina, of Boynton Beach, and Anthony Maldonado, of Greenacres, were part of the Latin Kings street gang.

The three suspects were arrested and charged with robbery and battery.

The rapper, meanwhile, was taken to a hospital by ambulance after the beating and reportedly suffered gashes and swelling, along with injuries to his jaw, ribs and back.

In the lawsuit, the rapper claimed he endured pain and suffering after the fight, along with loss of income from medical expenses.

While a motive for the attack is unclear, the rapper had been heavily criticized, including by fellow rappers, after he snitched on several of his fellow gang members in order to be granted early release from prison for a case out of New York.
